Hi, I’m Brooke!

I’m a trauma-informed Somatic Coach with over 18 years of experience walking alongside women on their journeys toward healing, resilience, and purpose. My work blends nervous system regulation with practical life coaching tools—supporting women in areas such as relationships, money, and business start up and management.

But before I ever trained professionally, I came to this work as someone deeply searching for peace and stability myself. For years, I lived caught in cycles of anxiety, striving, and overwhelm. Discovering somatic practices and reconnecting with my body changed everything.

Learning how to regulate my nervous system gave me the foundation I had been missing all along. It allowed me to build resilience, feel grounded in my body, and create lasting change. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, and I also know what it’s like to find freedom. If I can experience this shift, you can too.

About the Program:
What to Expect

In Acclimate, you’ll embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. During these transformative sessions, we will focus on:

Learning about your nervous system:

Gain insight into how your body and mind respond to stress, anxiety, and other triggers.

Identifying your goals:

We'll work together to clarify what you want to achieve and tailor the sessions to meet your needs.

Tools for regulation:

You will learn practical techniques to calm your nervous system, enhance emotional resilience, and climb your "ventral ladder" to a more balanced state.

By the end of the program, you’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of your body’s responses, and you’ll be equipped with the tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease.

Session Details

Location

Sessions are held at the “My Therapist” office suites, providing a calm and private space for your growth and healing.

Duration (In-Person)

100 minutes — plenty of time to go deep and practice new skills.

Online

Virtual sessions are available (50 minutes) for those who prefer to connect from home or on the go.
