As a follower of Jesus, a proud mother of two teenagers, and a trauma‑informed divorcee, I meet clients with real‑life wisdom and an empathetic heart.  I believe that the challenges we face can become our greatest teachers. My own journey has taken me through seasons of adversity and transformation that now inform my work as a coach. These experiences have given me deep empathy and practical insight into helping others navigate life’s most complex transitions. My areas of expertise include overcoming anxiety, rebuilding after massive debt, navigating divorce and starting over, healing from abuse, recovering from significant health challenges, parenting through difficult seasons, and supporting individuals and nonprofits in launching their visions into reality.
