As a follower of Jesus, a proud mother of two teenagers, and a trauma‑informed divorcee, I meet clients with real‑life wisdom and an empathetic heart. I believe that the challenges we face can become our greatest teachers. My own journey has taken me through seasons of adversity and transformation that now inform my work as a coach. These experiences have given me deep empathy and practical insight into helping others navigate life’s most complex transitions.
